With the new development of importing private keys in blockchain, it is now possible to retrieve funds from locked blockchain wallets if you can find the private key of the wallet.

This is done by simply creating a new wallet that you have full access to then importing the private key of the locked wallet into the new wallet enabling you to spend the funds in the locked wallet without having to open the wallet.
